HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KTRK) — A bystander shot a person as he was recording him getting right into a combat with one other man exterior a fuel station on FM 1960, Harris County deputies stated.
All of it unfolded at an Exxon within the 4500 block of FM 1960 and Stuebner Airline Street.
Deputies stated the sufferer and one other man have been combating for unknown causes when the suspect pulled up in a separate automobile.
The suspect began recording the combat, in response to deputies. That is when the sufferer is seen on video taking off his shirt and strolling in the direction of the suspect.
The suspect shot the sufferer twice then drove off. Investigators consider the sufferer could also be homeless.
“It seems that he could have some sort of psychological situation, and that is why he was arguing with everyone. There are different reviews that he was on the Burger King earlier doing the identical factor, arguing with prospects, and he was run off,” Sgt. John Klafka with the Harris County Sheriff’s Workplace stated.
The sufferer is secure at a hospital.
Authorities stated the suspect could also be driving a grey Hyundai SUV.
