LUBBOCK, Texas — Job statistics launched Friday by the Texas Workforce Fee confirmed the native unemployment fee in Lubbock fell throughout the month of August 2022.
The Hub Metropolis’s unemployment fee was reported at 3.5 %, down from the reported 3.8 % in July.
An estimated 161,400 residents within the Lubbock metropolitan statistical space (MSA) had been employed throughout the month. The civilian labor pressure was estimated at 167,200.
